Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, depending on the time of year and promotional periods. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 1 pm EST, your order will not process or ship until the next business day.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

Missing Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.
