How to Use
- Wash your hands before and after use.
- To open, separate one suppository from the rest and peel apart the flat plastic tabs.
- Optional: Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the tip of the suppository for easier insertion.
- Gently insert the suppository into your vagina as far as it will comfortably go, ideally while lying down.
- Remain lying down for 15-20 minutes to allow the suppository to melt and absorb.
- Once you stand up, some oil may naturally leak from the body. This is normal, but you may want to wear a liner.
